So the first guide would be for Ayato Sakamaki. He is my favorite in this game! Ayato is the oldest of the triplet, his mother (Cordelia) had always expected him to be the number one. That's why Ayato grew up to be a selfish, full of himself and sadist bastard who would do anything to gain more power.
He is easy to understand actually because he is so straightforward and sometime when we caught him out of guard, he would blush. YES HE IS BLUSHING. Hahaha. In this game, we could see his childhood (with Laito and Kanato) and those chibi triplets are soooo cute. Especially Ayato, because he is so boyish and what I would call in Bahasa Indonesia "tengil". I really like how chibi Ayato looks like. He actually kinda act like an oniichan to Kanato and Laito, there was that moment when he burnt his stuff related to his mother (he hates his mother so much so he called her "that woman" instead of mother), he asked Kanato if he wanted to burn his Teddie bear too but Kanato refused saying it was his only friend.
Ayato hated his mother. He had done his best to be the best but it never satisfied her mother who wanted him to be better than Beatrix's sons (Reiji and Shuu). In the end, Ayato killed his mother with his own hand. But even he had killed his mother, he still couldn't give up to be number one. He had this urge within himself to create something special but until now he couldn't find out what's that 'special' thing he was looking for.
Ayato relationship with his brother is... Well I cannot really explain but he is really closest with Laito (they often bullied Yui together though Ayato is more possessive than Laito, he didn't really like to share Yui with anyone unlike Laito who get off by watching Yui with another man, coughAyatocough). Amongst Sakamaki brothers, Ayato is known as the troublemaker. Like I said, he is really selfish and boyish and often caused trouble, though Laito often teased him for that . Reiji and Shuu often had to stopped Ayato and Laito from 'fighting', in a twisted way, it's kinda cute for me.
Ayato called Yui "Chichi-Nashi" which means "No-Boobs", sounds cruel? I found it is cute, it is childish. I think how Ayato treats Yui is like a kid who has a crush. He would tease her and make her cry but actually he cares about her. Ayato is really childish, despite he knows how to kiss and ahem fondle her, he still teases her so many times (sometime it almost too cruel but this is Ayato anyway....)
What's so cute from Ayato is that sometime he wondered why he felt something and I just wanna smack his head and tell him "It's LOVE you stupid!" he is so clueless! I think he is soooo cute like a kid. He wondered why Yui's blood tastes different or sometime he sniffed on Yui and said she smells soooo good.
At first I thought Ayato is clueless about his own feeling toward Yui but after one of the ending, I realized something!!!! Oh but I would not spoil it now, haha, just wait until I talk about the endings (scroll down if you're inpatient)
Ayato is a pervert, just like Laito. He isn't as pervert as Laito but his route is full of naughty stuffs. He is hard to be satisfied, poor Yui can't leave the bed even after she fainted in the first round *perv laugh*
Oh He is also soooo naughty, one day he came to Yui's room, told her to drink some weird stuff... She already had a feeling but Ayato put an innocent face and told her that it tastes good. Yui drank it and he wondered if it had the effect already... And yeah after Yui drank the stuff he asked Ayato to kiss her. YES THAT DAMN AYATO DRUGS YUI~! It seemed he didn't expect the effect to be like THAT but it amused him when Yui asked him to kiss her again and again,and he gladly did what she asked.
Somehow I see that Ayato x Yui relationship is the most playful one (well, as playful as you can get in Diabolik Lovers). Sometime Yui could get Ayato caught out of guard and teased him back and his reaction is funny... I don't think Yui could tease the other guys like how he teased Ayato.
Ayato is not as cold as what people may think. There is time when Yui got two tickets for a show from her friend, she asked Ayato to go with her and Ayato agreed. Though on the day of their date he had another business, he told Yui to go first and wait for him. But before that he kissed Yui and left some kissmark on her neck. He said that because she would wait for him alone, he marked her so when people see her, they would know she has a boyfriend already and stay away from her. When they met in front of the theater building, he kissed her in front of those passerby. Prepare for your heart here because he would whisper to your ear that you are his... uh so sexily.
Ayato kept saying that Yui is his "thing" some people thinks it is bad because he thinks of Yui as his possession but in my opinion, it's kind of sweet, you know, his possessiveness. He just want to monopolize her badly and I don't think it is bad. Besides, actually he didn't think that Yui is a "thing" but he did think that Yui is HIS.
Apparently Ayato kept a dirty magazine in his room. Yui accidentally found the magazine in his room and started to compare her boobs with the girl's in the magazine, well ofcourse she lost (laugh). When Ayato found out, at first it pissed him off because Yui entered his room without permission but after he saw that she found the magazine, he laughed and said that it was funny because Yui compared herself with the girl in the magazine. He asked if she wanted to be like the girl in the magazine and Yui said yes, he laughed and told her that even if she was desperate she wouldn't be like that. But then he said he would help them to be bigger and started to grope her. THAT PERVERT!
Well Ayato is also playful. One night when it was raining hard and the the manor was blacked out, Yui who was alone in the living room was scared, especially after there was a thunder. She bumped into Ayato in the darkness but Ayato soon, after realized that she hated thunder, was hiding from her. He told her to find her. It scared Yui so much but he kept teasing her, whispering in her ear, calling her before went hiding again. When she found him, she hugged him tightly and he told her that there was nothing to worry because the great Ayato was with her (he called himself "Ore-sama" btw) and told her to tilted her head and look at him and then he kissed her again and again.
Have I said that Ayato is really a jealous one? I did? Well let me say it once again, Ayato would go jealous even if you only talked to another guy. He didn't scream like Kanato though but he did whine and complain and demand for explanation. Even though the guy she talked to was the teacher who asked her to bring home Ayato's print because he skipped school that day
There was one time when the kids in her class asked her about her relationship with Ayato. Yui was confused so she told them that they were not lover but more like brother and sister. Ofcourse that wasn't right but Yui couldn't just tell them that she was his food supply, now could she? However when they got home, Ayato was angry. He punished her in bed, kissing her and do what not, then saying "brother and sister won't do this right?!" Well ofcourse they dont (laugh) but Ayato was so pissed off just because of that so Yui asked then what is she. He also didnt knew how to answer that so he said "next time they asked just tell them you are my food!" (yeah right. as if yui could do that ha!)
One day, Yui and Ayato was late to school, in the limousine there were only them and of course Ayato couldn't keep his hands away from Yui. They started to make out in the car and Ayato suck her blood. Yui had told him that she felt dizzy but he continued until she fainted.When she woke up in the infirmary, Ayato was there, his face was pale and full of worried. When she asked if he was the one who took her there, he was like "if not ore-sama then who else?!" but he still hold her hand. And when she tried to leave the bed and fall, he caught her and was so worried.
He told her to go to sleep. When she woke up, he was still there, sleeping next to her bed and holding her hand, never left her side (awwwww)
Though Ayato is annoying sometime but he is also a cutie. When Yui was cooking for example, he would surprised her from behind (that was dangerous!!!!) and told her that he wanted her to make him some takoyaki. >w<) he really loves takoyaki and tell her that he loves her blood but if there were some tako left, he wanted her to make takoyaki. But then she showed him that what she got was a living tako and he was like "uwaaaaaa..... this thing is so unyo-unyo...." so that was the first time he saw living tako and he, the mighty vampire, got scared!!! (laugh)
If Laito loves to see his lover making out with other person in front of him (voyeur) then Ayato is the exact oposite, he loves to let other people watch him making out with his lover (exhibition) so when Ayato found out that Yui was in Laito's room, he was so angry and made out with her in front of Laito to show him that he was his. (though Laito was actually didn't mind watching at all.)
THE STORY:
-Dark-
The "story part" started when Ayato sucked Yui's blood and she fainted. When she opened her eyes she was in the school's infirmary and Ruki was with her (apparently, according to Ruki, Ayato left and he saved her), Ruki told her that he knew about Ayato's past and asked Yui if she wanted to know more about Ayato. Suddenly Ayato barging into the room and he was furious when he saw Ruki's there and asked him what is he doing there. Ruki provoked Ayato by saying stuffs that made Ayato angrier the he left the room. Ayato was so angry and jealous. He sucked Yui's blood angrily without giving yui a chance to explain. Suddenly their infirmary doctor came, Reinhart, and stopped Ayato when he was about to leave,Reinhart stopped him and said Ayato shouldn't treat his girlfriend like that but Ayato exclaimed that she is nothing like a girlfriend for him. After Ayato left, Yui was sad but Reinhart offered her some tea which she gladly accepted. While drinking the tea, Reinhart told Yui that she had to dominate Ayato, no matter how. Yui wondered how could she dominate someone like Ayato, but still the words couldn't leave her mind.
Even at home, Yui still thought about what Reinhart told her. She wanted to see Ayato but she couldn't find him anymore, She asked Laito and Kanato but when they talked suddenly Ayato appeared, covered in blood. Laito accused that Ayato was just coming back from sucking human's blood and that shocked Yui but Ayato acted like "meh, so what?". Kanato and Laito left Ayato with Yui but then Reiji came and demanded what had happened and scolded Ayato for his behavior but he left, ignoring Reiji.
Ayato took a bath and debating to himself about why the blood on her shirt smelt so bad unlike Yui's blood. He wondered if Yui is really special for him but he refused to acknowledged his feeling for her. And really bothered by something inside him that trying to get out after what happened earlier in the infirmary.
On the other side, Yui was also bothered by what happened. She knew that for vampires, humans were merely some food but still, she felt sad when she knew that for Ayato, she was also just another food. She went to the garden to clear her mind up where she met Ruki there. He showed her a newspaper where it said a woman was found dead on the street and she realized that it must be Ayato who had killed the woman by sucking her blood. When Yui asked why he showed her that, Ruki said that he pitied her and that they both were same. He told her that the only reason why she hadn't been killed was because her blood was too precious. He told her that she was 'eve' and asked her to go with him to figure out more about this but she refused. He tried to force himself on her but Yui managed to run away.
When she arrived near the lake, she met Ayato (who somehow behave weirdly and forced her to give her blood). However Yui pushed him and ran away to her room and locked herself.
-Maniac-
Yui was alone in her room, thinking of what had just happened to her when someone knocked on her door. She was really glad when it was not Ayato but Reiji instead. When Reiji asked her if she knew what had happened with Ayato but Yui was lying telling that she knew nothing. After what Reiji told her, it made Yui became more and more worried about Ayato's behaviour. Yui was so worried so she came to Ayato's room where she found him panting and looked pale. Yui told her that she was worried but Ayato told her that she was just a bait for him. However, Yui was really woried about Ayato's pale face and panting so she told him to drink her blood. It hurt her when before he sucked her blood, Ayato muttered that she was just a bait and would be just bait. This time, unlike how they did it normally, Ayato was really rough and hurt her. However Yui tried to endure it.
When she was alone on the rooftop, Ayato was coming after her. When she heard that he was going after her, somehow it made her happy but then Ayato told her coldly that the only reason he was looking for her was because he was hungry and needed her blood.
Right after Ayato gone, Ruki came. She thought that Ruki was also after for her blood but he laughed and told her that he was different than Ayato. Yui tried to defend Ayato saying that she understood that human and vampires were different and she knew she was a bait. However Ruki asked if she was really okay with that. He told her to come with him and that he wanted her for who she was not for the power she had. Yui started to compare Ayato and Ruki, how different it was with Ayato who was only looking at her as a bait. However suddenly Ayato appeared and was really angry.
He was accusing Yui but Yui tried to explain. Ayato didn't listen to her and told Ruki "what are you doing, so lovey dovey with someone's bait?!" and it hurts Yui's feeling because he called her a bait (again) completely missed the jealous tone in his voice. However Ruki used that chance, using Ayato's lack of honesty, to make Ayato said even more cruel word about Yui. Ayato was so angry and also in panic state that he said word that was not he really intend to just like what Ruki had planned
That night, Ayato was forcing himself to Yui and it made Yui felt more and more unsure about Ayato's feeling for her. She was walking alone in the walk when again Ruki appeared and telling her that for him she was not a bait, just a human. Now Yui was really confused, afterall, Ayato had been really mean to her and here Ruki appeared and offering something different for her. When she came back to the manor, Ayato stopped her in the living room and asked her where she had been. He kept going on and on about how she was just a bait and should act like one. And then Yui snapped and shouted at Ayato that she understood that already then she ran away from him. She ran to the forest where the lake is and bumped into Ruki. Ruki was soothing her and then suddenly Kou, Azusa and Yuma also appeared. They were calling her 'Eve' and told her that they had been waiting for her for a long time. Yui was still thinking about Ayato but in the end she decided that she had enough and follow Ruki and the other back to their place.
-Ecstasy-
In the Sakamaki Manor, everyone was blaming Ayato for Yui being missing but Ayato acted like it doesn't matter and that he didn't concern him at all (though Laito teased him a bit about it). It worried the brother about Yui whereabout (though as sadist as they were, they didn't really show it.) Meanwhile, Yui was having dinner with Ruki and the others (though she barely touched anything). The Mukami brothers were really different than Sakamakis. Though they are vampires, Yui felt that they were different, especially Ruki who treated her really kindly.
The next day in the school, Ayato cornered Yui and acted casually (yep he demanded blood, but to me it looked like he was happy and relieved to see Yui was unharmed and fine.). However his behavior hurted Yui even more. It made her more and more sure that he needed nothing from her but her blood. After that everyday at school Ayato demand for her blood, acted like the fact that yui had left the manor didn't mean a thing for her. And it made Yui sad. That day after school she was waiting for Ruki and the other to picked her up in her classroom but instead, Ayato came to her classroom.
When Yui told her that she won't give him her blood, Ruki came and told Ayato that now Yui was his own. Ayato was angry and demanded since when she had been Ruki's. She then told him how Ruki has treated her better and what not, it made Ayato even angrier to know she stood for Ruki. When Ayato hurt Ruki, it made Yui upset and asked him why he went that far (he said he would kill Ruki) but Ayato told her that it was because she belonged to him not to Ruki, and ofcourse Yui couldn't accept that. Even so, in the infirmary when Reinhart demanded why Ruki was hurt Yui covered Ayato by lying, she told him that she was dating Ruki and had accidentally hurt Ruki when they fight.
After Reinhart left, Ruki told Yui that he hadn't been born vampire, he had been a human so were the other Mukami's brother. His story about his past has moved Yui. She felt so bad for Ruki but she still couldn't hate Ayato. She offered Ruki her blood to heal his wound but Ruki told her that she wanted not only her blood but everything about her.
Yui was thinking about what Ruki had just told her on the rooftop when Ayato came and asked her to go home with him. Yui asked where to and he said to his house. He gave her his hand but she swatted it away. She finally told him that she loved him but to him, that kind of feeling is impossible so she can't stay by his side. He asked if she was serious. She told him that she was surprised herself but she was serious. She was serious but she also knew that he would neverlook at her so she would give up. Then he was like "okay I would look at you." after that he started to tell her that if she was serious she had to do stuff that she couldn't do but he hadn't finished his word when Yui really run toward the guardrail and stood on the edge of the rooftop. Ayato ran after her in panic ask what she was doing. Yui was frustrated and told him that she would do just like what he told her to. He began telling her that he did say that but still... He was in panic because Yui looked so serious. She told him that she might be only a bait or power bank to him but she really loved him.That it is okay if he used her for whatever reason as long as she had special meaning for him. But Ayato told her that he doesn't need anything special like that and it made Yui realized that it was impossible for her.
Ayato was really frustrated and told her to come back to the other side of the guardrail but alas Yui lost her balance and fell down.
When Yui opened her eyes, she was in Ayato's arm, safe and unhurt. Ayato was still pale but he looked relieved. He told her that she had no boobs but really heavy and that he though he broke his arm when he caught her.
Ayato was trembling though he sounded as arrogant as before. She asked if he saved her. Suddenly he lost his power and hugged her, he told her not to die. That he had never thought that he would have something special to hold. He hated the concept of "special" because his mother always kept telling him to be special and all. But to him, he couldn't stand the thought of losing her. For him, she was the only one whose blood taste good, no matter what he didn't want another blood.
Yui asked if he was scared if she really died but he (yes because he is an ultimate Tsundere) he said poutingly that everyone would be troubled if they don't have a bait.Yui said "but there are many baits out there, aren't there?" and Ayato tsundere-ly said "I only want to devour delicious bait!" That was when Yui realized that it wasn't like Ayato didn't love her, it was just he is a tsundere!! (well done Yui, it took you so long to realize!!) And she asked him why he was really angry the other day and he told her poutingly (how do I know he was pouting? well, you have just hear it hahaha >w< it was so cutely childish!!!) "didn't I told you that (I) will be troubled without my bait?" and Yui (apparently she started to understand how to "dominate/control" this stupid vampire) asked again "Well, if it is about the blood, didn't you drink mine everyday?" also she asked if he would forgive Ruki for calling her his own but Ayato said he wouldn forgive him because "your blood and to suck you, to play with you and to make you cry, also to make you feel better, only me may do that."
Right then Yui started to understand his feeling. and when she stated her thought he was like "are you picking a fight with me?" in childish way and Yui was like 'oh okay so he was this kind of person...', despite being a powerful vampire, Ayato is still childish and tsundere, Yui understood that finally. Even more after that Ayato started sulking cutely about how could she said he never looked at her when he always looked at her. Yui couldn't take it anymore and kissed his cheek.
Of course Ayato reaction was like "YOU!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? //////////" (he was kissing her all the time and groping her and what not, acting like a kid when she kissed his cheek! XD) He blushed like mad.
But ofcourse Ayato wouldn't stand to lose. He kissed her back on the lips and then whispered naughty words in her ear. Well, after all what had happened was actually because he was jealous!! And they started making out in the school's backyard. He told her to never ever look away from him anymore.
After that Yui went home to Mukami's house. She found Ruki and apologize, she told him that she cannot leave Ayato anymore. Ruki warned her that he might still look at her as a bait but she told him she understand that.
After she left, Reinhart who was actually Karl Heinz (Sakamaki brother's father) appeared and apparently he was the one behind all of this and Ruki was working for him. (But I wouldn't talk about it here, may be in Mukami brothers' part.)
Ayato had been waiting for Yui in front of the house and they both walked home to the Sakamaki's manor.

You would hate this ending, I am sure of that because I hated this ending so much! Well because what do you expect from a BAD ending? I dont event want to talk about detail here because it gave me bad feeling. Well to make it simple, Ruki tempted Yui, they made out in an alley, he sucked her blood, Ayato found out and BAM! He killed them both.

In this ending, Ayato had sucked too much of Yui's blood and he began to worry that he would kill her. He tried to control himself by not touching Yui and locked himself in his room. It makes Yui worried more and more. Until one day, Ayato disappeared. Everyone was worried about him but when finally he came back, he looked fine. When Yui asked him where had he been, he said he was getting another prey. Now he didn't have to worry killing Yui because he now could drink from another women. After hearing this, Yui sneaked into Reiji room. She stole one of Reiji's poison and put it in Ayato's tea. She said she didn't want to lose Ayato to another woman. She brought his dead body to the balcony and said that now he would never leave her. Then Karl Heinz appeared and said that the 'Eve' is a failure and killed Yui.
I don't like this ending. Blergh.

After what had happened with Ruki and all, Ayato had changed. He became softer and kinder to Yui. He would sleep with Yui in his arms and telling her sweet words like how he wanted to be with her forever and stuff. However one day, Ayato didn't wake up at all. The other told Yui that it is common for vampire but Yui couldn't help but to worry. Day by day he wouldn't wake up at all and Yui kept waiting. Until one day suddenly he woke up like there was nothing happening. And when he saw her crying he began to panic. He was like "It's been a while, at least show me better face!" When Yui was smiling (though with teary eyes) he was like "uh, it was weird, since when you became this beautiful, hm?" Of course it made her cry more but he laughed and hugged her telling her not to cry. And while he hugged her, he was easily saying "Hey, boob-less, marry me."
On their wedding day (I won't explain it but let's say it WAS HILLARIOUS hehehe, sorry for being meany but I already wrote too much details so I would leave some funny facts to myself) Karl Heinz appeared to talk to his soon-to-be-married son, well he was about to give some advices about marriage but of course Ayato was like "I won't listen it from a man who had three failure marriages". Well it was funny actually, I was hoping a more serious conversation but no, this ending was so lighthearted and funny.
When Karl Heinz asked if Ayato loved Yui, FINALLY~~~~~~ we could hear he say this:
"What? That's obvious isnt it? That's why I marry her!"
I was like YOU SAID IT AS IF IT WAS SO OBVIOUS, WELL IT IS OBVIOUS BUT YOU NEVER SAID IT BEFORE, BAKA! And the way he said it so lightly makes me even feel more giddy. He was like "you don't need to ask, the whole world knows how much she meant to me..." aw aw aw...
And when he was saying "now I will go, she is waiting." His father was like "Ayato, if you love her, never let her go, for the whole life". Of course Ayato told him sarcastically that no matter what, he doesn't need to be reminded, he would never let her go.
When finally they met, Ayato was surprised at how beautiful she looked like and he was happy because he married such a beautiful human.When she said she was happy too, Ayato said "well ofcourse you are, after all you are able to be mine."
It was so sweet, to listen to how Ayato told her that finally no he was his fully, not only body but everything including her heart. "Until the day you passed away, I would always be with you... I will be by yourside, and hold you... Until your heartbeat stops, until the end I would kiss you... And then, when you finally passed away, at the time, I would really cry."
"Ayato-kun would cry?"
He was jokingly added, "of course, out of happiness" *kicked*
She said she was happy but in their wedding day she would rather not to talk about her death (LOL OF COURSE!!!) but still Ayato wouldn't stop. He wishper to her ear "I love you, Yui, until that moment you passed away, for the whole life I would stay by your side."
Ok maybe it sound gloomy to talk about dead, and maybe it's just me but I think it is romantic (*^w^*)a

1. Yui and Ayato as newly wed were fooling around in the bed but Yui was too hungry to have sex so she go to kitchen to make some food. Ayato tried to seduce Yui again in the kitchen but again, she was too hungry...
2. The pervert husband can't get enough of his wife! He always wanted to have sex with Yui, anywhere in the house but Yui was too scared to let out of her voice. Wait, Ayato found Laito's karaoke set? fufufu pervert vampire!
3. Yui woke up early and her husband was sleeping soundly next to her. She couldn't help herself when he was so cute like that so she kissed him but Ayato woke up and demand more that a simple kiss //////////

Ok now to the game guide, to get the Normal and Best Ending you've to get at least 80pts for the Love points. You can get these points from chapter 1-6 in each part. And I will help you with that by dividing the answer into A and B.
It goes the same way for the M/S points. This is really important. If you chose the M answer there will be blue lamps and if you chose S answer there will be purple lamps. Remember, to get the Vampire Ending you have to be SUPER M!

*There was a moment when Ayato wouldn't wake up and snoring loud. Reiji told Yui to covered Ayato's mouth so he can't snore (and breathe o__O;;;) of course Yui thought Reiji was joking. But apparently he was serious. When Yui refused to do so, Laito offered himself to do it (and also Kanato who thinks that it would be funny to kill his brother oTL)
*Though Ayato and Laito fight more often than Ayato and Kanato, amongst these triplet, it seems that Laito and Ayato are closer.
*Apparently, Ayato is the oldest amongst the triplet
